Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is a major government company in India, operating under the Ministry of Defence. It plays a key role in the country's "Make in India" initiative by designing, producing, repairing, and upgrading aircraft, helicopters, engines, and other aviation systems. HAL has 21 production units and 9 research and development centers spread across seven states in India. Currently, HAL is looking for skilled and experienced professionals for various executive positions in both technical and non-technical fields. These roles are available in their production, overhaul, and service divisions, as well as research and design centers across the country.

Qualification

Educational Qualification:

The candidates should have the following minimum qualification for the application:

Deputy General Manager (FOS) VII Bachelors Degree from a recognised University and Flight Safety Course from a recognized Institute
Manager (IMM) IV Degree in Engineering / Technology or its equivalent from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate Statutory Authorities
Deputy Manager (IMM) III
Deputy Manager (Finance) III Bachelor's Degree with a pass in final examination of CA / ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Finance Officer II
Manager (HR) III Bachelor's Degree Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in: Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Management, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Labour Welfare, MBA (Master of Business Administration) or MSW (Master of Social Work) or MA (Master of Arts).
Manager (PR / Media Communication) III Bachelors Degree in any discipline Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in: Journalism and Communication, Journalism and Mass Communication, Communication, Journalism, Mass Communication, Broadcast Journalism, Media Communication, Public Relations.
Officer (PR / Media Communication) II
Officer (Company Secretariat) II Pass in Associate Membership Examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi.
Fire Officer II Bachelor Degree of Fire Engineering, Graduates in Science (B.Sc.)
